Update New upgrade page/perks

I know it has been a bit since any updates were made but I have recently been working on changing the premium membership page and reworking the perks.

The upgrade page can be found here.

• GamerMob Gold is now GamerMob Premium
• Upgrade page details what is restricted in the normal registered group vs upgrade groups
• Badge text is now Premium instead of Gold Member
  • 
• Users who setup two-step authentication on their accounts will be given an Authenticated badge
  • 
• Additional upgrade group will be added later on with more perks.

Additional updates:

• Member page URL's are now /members/USERNAME i.e. https://gamermob.com/members/Zach/
